Try with a different web browser. I bet you'r using firefox, I had the same problem and logging in with ie solved it, moreover, it's a one time login to create a key for evemon.

My login credentials do not work at the api page. https://support.eveonline.com/Pages/Login.aspx?ReturnUrl=%2fapi The page constantly reloads upon submiting the data. My api info is good for evemon, but I want to dig into the custom api key.
